TICA Group is a multinational organization active since 1991, headquartered in Nanjing and operating worldwide with 10 production facilities located across China, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, the USA, Germany, Italy, and Brazil, as well as a network of 70 sales offices around the world.

The Group is specialized in the development, production, and provision of services for environmental sustainability and is one of the top four brands in China and the Asian market for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions.

In the energy sector, TICA has been active since 2015, when, following a joint venture signed with the American company United Technology Corporation, TICA acquired from the latter the PureCycle technology, based on organic Rankine cycles (ORC), obtaining ownership of more than 100 patents and rights.

In 2016, TICA Energy was established as the TICA Group subsidiary dedicated to developing the business for the ORC market and heat recovery solutions.

In 2019, TICA completed another major acquisition in the energy sector by taking over EXERGY, a leading company in ORC technology and geothermal energy.

Continuing its strategic acquisition path in the renewable energy sector, in June 2020 it acquired SEBIGAS, further strengthening its commitment to providing international markets with technological solutions that support the decarbonization process.
